Abstract
A 76-year old woman with splenic artery aneurysm was treated by nonsurgical treatment. Surgical treatment has been recommended for the treatment of visceral aneurysms because these aneurysms may rupture and lead to fatal hemorrhage. This report describes the successful interventional coil and Gelfoam occlusion of splenic aneurysm.Entities:
