Abstract
Primary NHL of the female genital tract are relatively uncommon, accounting for only 2% of all extranodal primary lymphomas, and for less than 0.5% of gynaecologic cancers. Primary endometrial lymphomas can be considered a rarity, with less than 50 instances reported in the literature. We describe a case of primary marginal zone B-cell MALT-type lymphoma of the endometrium, of which there were only other 5 case reports in the literature. We also present a review of the literature.Entities:
