Abstract
Whipple's disease is a rare infectious disease caused by the bacterium Tropheryma whipplei. Usually the course of the disease is characterized by fever, diarrhea, weight loss and polyarthritis. We report on a case with a 10-year course of the disease with endocarditis, myocarditis and involvement of the bone marrow but with negative histological results of the small intestine.Entities:
