Abstract
Primary osteosarcoma accounts for 3% of all childhood cancer. It commonly occurs during the adolescent growth spurt and is more common in boys than girls and in African Americans than white people. The 5-year survival is approximately 79%. Cardiac metastasis of osteosarcoma is exceedingly rare; we present an unusual case in a 22-year-old man with significant intracardiac tumor burden.
