Abstract
We report the case of a 12-year-old patient with truncus arteriosus (common arterial trunk) who underwent successful surgical repair. The ventricular septal defect was closed using a unidirectional valved patch to act as a safeguard in the event of postoperative pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular decompensation.Entities:
