Abstract
An eight-year-old child presented with congestive heart failure, blurred vision, and unexplained constitutional symptoms. An echocardiogram demonstrated a giant left atrial mass that obstructed the mitral valve inflow. After excision of the myxoma, the patient had an uneventful recovery.Entities:
