Abstract
Extracranial meningioma metastasis is rare. We report a case of a 74-year-old Caucasian man with intracranial recurrence of atypical meningioma treated with a combination of surgical resection and gamma knife radiotherapy over a 4-year period. Somatostatin receptor scintigraphy using (111)In pentreotide for surveillance of tumor recurrence showed multiple pulmonary and hepatic metastases.Entities:
