Abstract
The influence of vibration and organophosphate insecticide dimethoate of rats (Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout) was examined by exposing pregnant dams to these influences on 12 d p.c. After exposures to vibrations for 12 h an increase of the rate of absorption could be ascertained. A dermal absorption of dimethoate (349 mg/kg) resulted in an increase of the rate of absorption, retardation and deformation. Combinations of exposure to vibrations and dimethoate show an intensifying effect.Entities:
