Abstract
Lambl's excrescences are common fibrinous strands found at the contact margin of cardiac valves. They are referred to as "giant" when multiple strands form a complex. Embolic stroke secondary to these valvular strands has rarely been described in the literature. We present a patient with recurrent thrombo-embolic cerebral infarction secondary to giant Lambl's excrescence successfully treated with anticoagulation.Entities:
