Abstract
Adenovirus causes significant morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised children. We report how an infusion of HLA-matched sibling donor T lymphocytes rapidly eradicated life-threatening, high-level adenoviremia in a child with complete DiGeorge syndrome (22q11.2 deletion) who went on to reconstitute a diverse, donor-derived, postthymic T-cell repertoire.Entities:
