Abstract
The treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenia in adult is a challenge. Here we report successful treatment of an adult ITP patient with immunoadsorption using tryptophan column who were refractory to steroids, splenectomy, eltrombopag and various immunosuppressive medications.Entities:
