Abstract
Intestinal duplication is a rare cause of abdominal pain in adults, and may elude diagnosis prior to exploratory laparotomy. We describe a 20-year-old man who had severe abdominal pain with an ileal duplication complicated by a penetrating ulcer within ectopic gastric mucosa.Entities:
