Abstract
We report a unique case of foreign-body granuloma following botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNTA) injection. A 44-year-old woman was injected with BoNTA by a dermatologist. Within 2 months of treatment, palpable nodules developed on injection site and biopsy revealed foreign-body granuloma.Entities:
