Abstract
A symptomatic synovial cyst was preoperatively misdiagnosed because of its lateral location. This case illustrates another lesion to include in the differential diagnosis of masses lateral to the neural foramen in the lumbar spine in patients with degenerative facet arthritis.Entities:
