Abstract
Mild aortic root dilation is relatively common in patients with acromegaly and does not usually require surgical intervention. A case involving a 27-year-old acromegalic woman who presented with heart failure and gross aortic root dilation that was successfully treated with a composite aortic graft prosthesis is described.Entities:
