Torsion of the normal fallopian tube in a premenarcheal girl: a case report.

Abstract

The case of a 5-year-old girl with acute abdominal pain due to torsion and infarction of the left fallopian tube and ovary is presented. The diagnostic problems in this situation are discussed.
