Abstract
The patient presented with an anterior dislocation of the hip that could not be centrically reduced by closed methods. Computed tomographic imaging after trial reduction revealed a posterior fragment that was limiting reduction. At the time of open reduction, a large posterior labral tear with a small avulsed posterior acetabular rim of bone was found to be blocking the reduction.Entities:
