Abstract
Although methemoglobinemia is not commonly seen in the ER or the critical care setting, it can be life threatening if unrecognized and left untreated. A detailed case history illustrates the symptoms and some of the possible precipitating factors, and outlines treatment for a successful patient outcome.Entities:
