Abstract
The authors report a case of bacteremia due to Rhizobium radiobacter in a preterm neonate. Although the baby recovered from the septic episode following therapy with appropriate antibiotics he succumbed to complications, mainly associated with prematurity. This case highlights a rare manifestation of R.radiobacter infection in a neonate in whom the source of the organism remained undiscovered.Entities:
