Abstract
A 35-year-old female presented with nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) and a large intrapericardial mass. The mass was attached to the left ventricular wall with a broad stalk. On histopathology, the tumor was diagnosed as a lipoma. Postoperatively, the NSVT disappeared.Entities:
