Abstract
A case of massive hematometra with a bicornuate uterus in a 14-year-old mentally handicapped girl complicated by vaginal agenesis and absent cervix is presented. She was managed by abdominal hysterectomy and right salpingo-oophorectomy that included the ovarian cystadenoma. The left ovary was conserved. This treatment was considered appropriate for this patient.Entities:
