Abstract
Bordetella pertussis is a highly contagious bacterial disease currently on the rise in the United States. The most vulnerable age group is infants younger than 1 year old. The reasons for the current outbreak are multifactorial. The following is a case report describing a recent case of Bordetella pertussis infection admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit.Entities:
