Abstract
The case of a 30-year-old woman with a hemorrhage caused by a rare intramedullary cavernous malformation is presented. The patient underwent laminectomy with total removal of the lesion. A cranial magnetic resonance imaging scan demonstrated multiple cavernous malformations. The patient's asymptomatic sister also had multiple intracranial cavernous malformations, one of which was associated with a venous malformation.Entities:
