Abstract
Concomitant coronary artery disease (CAD) and Leriche's syndrome is clinical scenario which poses a challenge to cardiovascular surgeons. This report describes a case of arterial myocardial revascularization in a patient with CAD and Leriche's syndrome by means of right internal thoracic artery harvested with right epigastric artery in situ fashion, performed in addition to simultaneous aorto-bifemoral bypass.Entities:
