Abstract
We report a case of synovial sarcoma of the pancreas in a 44-year-old male who presented with multiple episodes of retroperitoneal hemorrhage; the diagnosis was confirmed by histology. The patient underwent distal pancreatectomy without complication, and the hospital stay was nine days. No adjuvant treatment was administered. The patient is alive at 1 year.Entities:
