Spinal cord aspergillosis in immunosuppressed patients.

Abstract

Aspergillus is the most common fungal infectious pathogen in immunocompromised individuals, but the diagnosis is hard to obtain. In a patient with spinal cord involvement, MRI proved to be excellent.
