Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify factors that nurses perceive as contributing to the culture of patient safety in a hospital in Saudi Arabia. A total of 498 registered nurses employed in the hospital completed the survey. The majority of nurses perceived a positive patient safety culture. There were significant differences in nurses' perceptions of patient safety culture based on gender, age, years of experience, Arabic versus non-Arabic speaking, and length of shift.Entities:
