Bilateral iliac arterial thrombosis in an alpaca (Vicugna pacos) cria.

A 3-month-old male alpaca was presented for acute onset of non-weight-bearing left hind limb lameness. Antemortem diagnostics revealed a mass to the right of the urinary bladder and no blood flow in the left femoral artery.
