Abstract
Most patients with dementia have other chronic health concerns as well. Because dementia affects every aspect of a patient's life, its consequences need to be considered in each care decision, including the treatment of comorbid illnesses. In this article, we present a framework for organizing the care of such patients around their dementia, rather than around their other conditions.Entities:
