Abstract
Minimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum is an effective treatment option, with satisfactory results. Nevertheless, complications may occur during bar removal. We describe the case of a 16-year-old boy operated on for pectus excavatum with the Nuss procedure, who developed bar migration into the rib, with ossification, making its removal very difficult.Entities:
