Abstract
Two fatalities are reported following intralesional injection of BCG for immunotherapy of malignant melanoma. In both cases the terminal events were characterized by high fevers, major clotting defects, hypotension, and anuria, suggesting that the mechanism was hypersensitivity to BCG.Entities:
