[Restriction of patient's autonomy in diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis].

The article presents basic legal regulations concerning the restriction of a patients' autonomy (patients who suffer from or are suspected of tuberculosis). Furthermore, the main responsibilities of a doctor suspecting or diagnosing a disease have been shown, including the issue of using direct coercion towards patients evading compulsory treatment and other legally defined obligations. The article also presents changes made by the newest alteration of law on the prevention and fight against infections and septic diseases.
