Abstract
Although clavicle fractures are common, fracture dislocations of the medial end are rare. We report on a case of a 17-year-old patient who presented with a fracture of the medial clavicle with an associated anterior dislocation of the sternoclavicular joint. The patient underwent successful surgical management resulting in fracture union, restoration of shoulder stability and full functional range of motion at latest follow-up.Entities:
