Developing a cadre of transdisciplinary health disparities researchers for the 21st century.

Abstract

In the NIMHD-funded Health Disparities Research Center of Excellence at Meharry, faculty and scholars are trained to better address environmental health issues by integrating longitudinal, multi-systemic, spatially, and temporally referenced analytical methods. These methods include computational, multilevel, and spatial analyses through a transdisciplinary team model.
