Abstract
Intrapulmonary arteriovenous shunting is an important cause of hypoxaemia in patients with chronic liver disease. We describe an unusual case of a patient with haemochromatosis who died as a result of severe hypoxaemia which was due to this disorder. The shunt was demonstrated by radionuclide lung perfusion scanning.Entities:
