Isolated hypoglossal nerve palsy as a presenting feature of prostatic carcinoma--a case report.

Abstract

A case is described of a patient presenting with a unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy which led to the diagnosis of carcinoma of the prostate. The differential diagnosis of a XIIth. cranial nerve palsy and the presentation of carcinoma of the prostate is discussed.
