Abstract
Conventional therapy for postoperative bladder neck contracture (BNC) has been associated with a high recurrence rate. Fifty bladder neck contractures were treated with neodymium (Nd):YAG laser using a contact technique. There were eight recurrences, seven of which were managed successfully with a second treatment. Nd:YAG laser disintegration is a safe and effective therapy for postoperative bladder neck contracture.Entities:
