Abstract
Pulse oximeters non-invasively measure heart rate and oxygen saturation and have great potential for predicting critical illness. The photoplethysmogram (PPG) recorded from pulse oximetry is often corrupted with artifacts. These artifacts render the derived vital signs inaccurate.Entities:
