Abstract
We present a rare osteochondroma, which instead of being the usual exophytic growth outside bone, grew inward into the medullary cavity of distal femur in a patient with prior trauma to his knee. Except for its intramedullary location, the benign tumor had all the classic radiographic and pathologic features of typical osteochondroma.Entities:
