BACKGROUND: An adenovirus that expresses both interleukin (IL)-12 and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating-factor (GM-CSF) has been proven to be very effective in treating several tumors, but causes serious normal tissue toxicities.Entities:

Figure 4hGM-CSF and hIL-12 expression in Hep3B tumor tissues. Adcmv-GMCSF-hsp-hIL12 was intratumorly injected. Tumors were not heated, heated for 1 time, 2 time, and 3 times at 42°C for 40 min.
