Abstract
A novel calcium-based cement was launched in 2009 claiming to be a revolutionary material capable of offering a bioactive and biocompatible replacement for dentine. The calcium-based cement has been reported to encourage the repair and regeneration of lost dental tissue, preserve pulp vitality, promote pulp healing and provide a bioactive substitute for natural dentine. This article looks at two clinical cases using this new material for endodontic purposes.Entities:
