Abstract
A child with hemihypertrophy presented with Wilm's tumor at 3 years of age. History included neonatal hypoglycemia and the discovery of hepatomegaly and renal dysplasia. This case report emphasizes the close relation of body hemihypertrophy to Beckwith's syndrome, as well as the high degree to which both predispose to certain tumors.Entities:
