Abstract

[(S,S)-1,2-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylenediamine]dichloroplatinum(II) shows a strong and dose-dependent effect on the hormone-dependent MXT mammary carcinoma of the mouse. The R,R/S,S-configurated compound is markedly less active.
