Abstract
We report a patient with malignant melanoma metastatic to the supraampullar portion of the common bile duct. The unique aspects of this case include its clinical presentation masquerading as obstructive jaundice caused by a bile duct tumor and the finding of an isolated solitary recurrence metastatic to the bile duct. Cautions about the management of unusual gastrointestinal or pancreatobiliary lesions in patients with a history of melanoma are discussed.Entities:
