Abstract
We report an adolescent with chronic, recurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding in whom extensive prior investigations failed to reveal the source of bleeding. Angiography accurately identified a bleeding Dieulafoy lesion of the duodenum which was successfully embolized. The clinical history, angiographic appearances and treatment of this rare lesion are presented.Entities:
