Abstract
Osteoclast-like giant cell tumor of the pancreas is a rare non-endocrine neoplasm composed of reactive multinucleated giant cells admixed with mononuclear stromal cells. We report a case of osteoclast-like giant cell tumor of the pancreas in a 58-year-old female with vague clinical symptoms. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided aspirate from the mass revealed numerous characteristic osteoclast-like giant cells.Entities:
