Abstract
A case is reported in which the use of heterologous bovine pericardium in coronary revascularization was associated with firm adhesions and complete occlusion of all vein grafts after eight months. Heterologous pericardial substitutes may have a deleterious effect on vein grafts and may not avert epicardial-pericardial adhesions.Entities:
