Abstract
Routine subpectoral or subglandular mammary augmentation in women with a small breast (particularly lower pole deficiency) often results in poor late results with the appearance of a double-bubble deformity. We describe our experience with a technique of unfurling the breast tissue at augmentation in an effort to avoid this complication and improve the long-term results.Entities:
