Double complete capsulorrhexis required for cataract extraction: is it a sign of true exfoliation?

Reena Kumari1, A Tadros.

Abstract

We report an 88-year-old lady who required two complete capsulorrhexis in a single cataract extraction. To our knowledge, there has been no reported case where two complete capsulorrhexis has been done for a single cataract extraction.
