Abstract
We report a case of an elderly male with significant comorbidities and a dominant aberrant left vertebral artery originating on an aneurysmal aortic arch. The patient underwent a successful staged hybrid procedure with aortic arch debranching and left vertebral artery transposition onto the left common carotid artery, followed by endovascular aneurysmal repair.Entities:
